August went so quick, but there is room for one more, so join Debbie from Cygnini Creative for a beginner-friendly art day in and around the precincts and cloisters of Canterbury Cathedral. Starting and ending with drinks at Garage Coffee in Sun Street, this small class will spend the day learning the skills needed to feel confident sketching “plein air”. As the Cathedral has so many amazing things to see, Debbie will be there to guide your sketching and highlight areas that would be good to begin with so the day doesn’t feel overwhelming.

Drinks are included and you will be given a sketchbook and pencil set to keep and use to continue your art journey! Debbie also will provide watercolour paints for you to use if you wish. The day will begin at Garage, where she will provide top tips for your day and offer advice on sketching and mark-making, so you really benefit from the experience and feel confident to get going!

Now is the perfect time to start or re-kindle that artist within. See you there!
